This Vegan Chocolate Mousse is THE BEST.
4 ingredients, no artificial sugar, dairy-free, AND the flavor and texture will blow your mind.
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- 5 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tsp cinnamon (or more if you like cinnamon!)
- Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until the dates are broken down and a thick consistency is reached. Refrigerate for 2 or more hours to let the mousse firm up.
