The name says it perfectly: powerhouse. This smoothie sure does pack a nutritious punch.
Fiber, healthy fats, protein, and numerous vitamins and minerals can be found in this single serving smoothie. Man, I love smoothies. What other meal can you get spinach, micro greens, pear, kiwi, banana, hemp seeds, coconut oil, and honey in? I can’t think of any! Well, maybe a salad; but sometimes I don’t feel like chewing all that lettuce! I’m sure you know what I mean.
And not to mention the health benefits this smoothie carries… Thank goodness for high-speed blenders 🙂

Ingredients
- 1½ cups coconut milk or almond milk
- Extra large handful of organic spinach
- ¼ cup broccoli micro greens (or other leafy green of choice)
- 1 organic pear, cored
- 1 organic kiwi, peeled
- ½ banana
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. raw honey
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in the order listed to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
