Fantastic fudge. Yes, fantastic. I use that word because it’s a perfect description of what this fudge represents. “Extraordinarily good, marvelous, wonderful, sensational, outstanding, suburb, and excellent” are some of the words that came up when I typed ‘fantastic synonyms’ into Google. It’s a perfect word to describe this fudge.
Let me tell you why…
- It’s chocolate.
- It’s healthy.
- It BURNS FAT.
Did you catch that? It burns fat! A fudge that burns fat? YUP!
Not only does this fudge burn fat, but it also increases energy and it’s simple to make.
5 ingredients is all it takes for you to have a delicious, fat-burning, and energy-boosting treat.
Coconut oil, cacao powder, honey, vanilla, and peppermint oil. THAT’S IT!
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted to liquid
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp. raw honey
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. peppermint oil
- Mix the coconut oil and cacao powder together in a small bowl. If your coconut oil is solidified, warm it until it reaches room temperature (liquid) so you can mix the fudge.
- Add ¼ cup of cacao powder at a time or you will find yourself in a cloud of chocolate.
- Next, add the raw honey, vanilla, and peppermint oil.
- After all the ingredients are mixed, pour the fudge mixture into a candy molds or a coconut oil greased pan.
- Lastly, put the fudge in the freezer for an hour to set.
- If you would like to cut the fudge into squares, let it come closer to room temperature before slicing.
- Store in the fridge and keep cold or it will turn liquid at room temperature.
