In my video, I show you how to make 3 different smoothie packs that you can prep ahead so you don’t have to spend too much time in the mornings making breakfast.
Smoothie packs are also a great way to build your smoothies so they are the healthiest blend of ingredients. Often times people load their smoothies with too much fruit and not enough greens or protein.
I will show you how to build a nutritious smoothie as well as make it easy for the mornings… ‘Cause nobody has time to spend 30 minutes making a smoothie!

RECIPES:
Make sure all your ingredients go into the bag “blender ready”. I recommend using a Vitamix blender which is a good, high-powered blender to break down all the fruits and veggies. If you don’t have a high-powered blender, make sure you chop the fruits and veggies smaller in your smoothie packs.
Green Machine Smoothie Pack
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 apple, cored
- 2 kiwis, quartered
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. hemp protein
*Add 1 1/2 cups water when making the smoothie
Mango Detox Smoothie Pack
- 1 cup kale, destemmed and chopped
- 1 handful parsley
- 1/2 cup mango
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. wheat grass powder
- 2 Tbsp. collagen powder
*Add 1 1/2 cups almond milk when making the smoothie
Peachy Green Smoothie Pack
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup peaches
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. wheat grass powder
*Add 1 1/2 cups coconut milk when making the smoothie
NOTE: Smoothie packs will last up to 7 days in the freezer and up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
