It’s a beautiful day for my Mood Boosting Smoothie!
The ‘mood boosting’ part comes from the maca powder which works wonders for hormones and increases energy. I have personally seen a difference when I have maca powder on a consistent basis.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp maca powder
- ½ cup frozen berries
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
