Ingredients
- 1 red onion, sliced thin
- 1 clove raw garlic
- 1¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp raw honey
- ¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to mason jar and let sit at room temperature for 8-12 hours. After 12 hours, store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
