Making your own dressing allows you to control what you put in it. It’s fresh, healthy, and more cost effective!

Serves: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 shallot, finely diced
- 4 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp raw honey
- 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together until dressing has emulsified.
- Store in an airtight mason jar in the refrigerator.
- Keeps for 1-2 weeks.
