When I first started working with Lauren I was a mess; I was having a great deal of digestive distress, I was covered in a rash, I was having headaches and body aches and I was exhausted 24/7. All of my reading and research left me terribly confused about what to eat and what to do to improve my health. I was overwhelmed, frustrated, stuck, and unable to make any progress by myself. Not a fun place to be in!
