- 1 dozen organic, free range eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Place eggs in a muffin pan to prevent eggs from rolling around.
- Put pan in the oven and set the timer for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove eggs from the oven and place eggs in a bowl of ice water for 10 minutes. Timing is crucial for these eggs to turn out correctly, so use a timer!
- Once the eggs are done in the ice water, they can be peeled.
- Tap the eggs gently on a board and roll one time to help loosen the shell.
- Peel the entire shell off and you have easy hard boiled eggs!
